The hand bar is a bit short for me, but it does fit fit nicely when folded down out of the way. The machine is a very nice size, not too big, but not too small. It is quiet, and the decorative red stripes on either side of the walking belt are a nice peripheral visual so you know you are centered. This is important to me as a 60 yr old who suffers from macular degeneration, fibromyalgia, and degenerative/bulging discs. While I cannot expect my eyesight to improve I do expect my balance to improve with use,

It is a fantastic tool for indoor sport, it is for running regardless of the weather or time of day. It is not very big, and is convenient to use. I can adjust speed, and I can also watch video or listen music when I run. It is excellent and comfort to me.
